Peace be upon you.

Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sistani (may Allah protect him):

It is not permissible for a Muslim man to shake hands with a woman without a barrier, such as gloves, unless avoiding the handshake would put him in severe hardship that he cannot normally bear. Touching does not invalidate fasting or wudu.

Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Khamenei (may Allah protect him):

It is not permissible for a woman to touch the hand of a non-mahram man, just as it is not permissible for him to touch her hand. However, this does not invalidate fasting or wudu.

May you be successful in all good.
