Peace be upon you.

Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sistani (may Allah protect him):

It is obligatory for a woman with continuous bleeding to take precautions against blood flow - even by using cotton to plug the vagina and securing it with a cloth - from the moment she begins her ghusl until she completes her prayer. If she fails to do so and blood flows, she must repeat her prayer, and it is also strongly recommended to repeat the ghusl.

Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Khamenei (may Allah protect him):

If the blood flow is due to her negligence in taking precautions, she must repeat her prayer, and it is obligatory to also repeat the ghusl and wudu.

May you be successful in all good.
