Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.

Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Khamenei (may Allah protect him):

It is preferable to avoid touching the names of Allah, the Prophets, and the Immaculate Ones (peace be upon them) and their titles and nicknames without being in a state of wudu.
Source: Answers to Religious Inquiries, S164.

Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sistani (may Allah protect him):

It is permissible for someone who is not in a state of wudu to touch the names of the Prophets and the Imams, as well as the name of the Lady of Women (peace and blessings be upon them all), although it is recommended to avoid doing so.

Source: Minhaj al-Salihin, Vol. 1, Issue 163.

May you be successful in all good.
