Firstly - Marriage to a Non-Muslim Woman of the Book:
It is permissible to have a temporary marriage with a woman of the Book, whether she is a virgin or previously married. It is a condition that the man is not married to a Muslim woman; otherwise, it is not permissible to marry her, even in a temporary marriage. There is no difference in ruling between the permission of the Muslim wife and its absence, noting that the prohibition of marrying a woman of the Book is based on obligatory caution in the case of the wife's permission, and a fatwa in the case of her absence.
For a virgin woman of the Book, it is required to obtain the consent of her father or paternal grandfather if she is not independent in her affairs and does not have control over her own matters. It is obligatory to obtain the consent of one of them if she is independent in her affairs.
As for permanent marriage with a woman of the Book, it is obligatory to avoid it.

It is permissible to have a temporary marriage with a woman of the Book, whether she is a virgin or previously married. For a virgin woman of the Book, it is required to seek permission from her father or paternal grandfather, and the contract is not valid without the permission of one of them, as a matter of obligatory caution.
As for permanent marriage with a woman of the Book, it is obligatory to avoid it.
