Peace be upon you and thank you for this program.

Sayyid Sistani: It is permissible for a believer to marry a non-hostile dissenter, and likewise for a believing woman to marry a non-hostile dissenter, though it is disliked. However, it is forbidden if there is a fear that it may lead to deviation in belief or prevent the performance of religious duties according to the Imamiyah sect.

Sayyid Khamenei:

1) It is permissible for him to do so.

2) If there is a fear that marrying her may endanger her beliefs or lead to harm, then it is not permissible.

May you be successful in all good.
